One of my clients from Iceland asked me to check and brainstorm one of his start-up ideas. A business model for restaurants designed to bring more foot traffic.

The image is of course censored for confidentiality, but the idea itself is pretty challenging and something new for me (which I love, since new challenges are the best lessons to learn quickly).

Why is it a new challenge? There are a lot of specific calculations and logic behind pricing and discounting that I've done only partly before.

The slides themselves have to be positioned well too, so everything makes sense and can be presented without confusion for his business partners.

So far I have created 10 slides to present it to my client.
